This 1/4" scale kit is universal and three-dimensional, with exterior materials in realistic lithographed color on heavy paper stock for cutting and mounting on construction balsa. Includes building square and calculator to determine roof pitch and building materials needed. Contains windows and doors, exterior finishes of brick, stone, clapboard and V-groove siding, cement block, sidewalk/terrace, and construction balsa material for 2500 sq. ft. Note: A large tube of quick-drying cement for gluing walls and exterior finishes is required [not included]. A glue gun, glue stick, or spray stick is also an acceptable adhesive.

- A. This kit used to come with the blueprints but unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer includes the blueprints in the kit.
