I am building a wood framed sailing ship model. The frames must be beveled on the forward edges so that the planking lays flat. I use the French Curve to lay out my frame fairing edges. This makes the 6 1/2 inch one perfect for my needs. I get a true edge and can easily duplicate it from side to side. The beveling on the tool makes my work easy too. Excellent German quality.
