Just unpackaged the 5-drawer cabinet.

One middle drawer slides out with a jerky catch mid-slide, but the rest of the drawers operate smoothly. The only real issue was that the package of 20 screws needed to attach the 10 handles WAS NOT included. Now we must find the correct size/ length at a hardware store. Bummer.
But the cabinet fits our storage need.

This has been a disappointing purchase, and an expensive one as well. I DO NOT recommend this product for the following reasons:
1. 2 out of the 6 that I ordered came in with concealed damage.
2. The drawers do not close properly
3. I had expected the drawers to come all the way out but there is about 9" worth of space in the rear that you won't be able to use for any other reason other than large flat sheets of paper.
4. The drawers cannot be removed which makes it hard to discover why they aren't closing well, and also hard if you need to relocate the files without emptying them out
5. The metal is very weak.
I have to now deal with sending 6 of these back as they will never hold up for my business needs.
