While ordering the 36" parallel rule, I entered a request to ship as soon as possible. Shortly after ordering, I received an email stating that the product is shipped from manufacturer and will ship as soon as they can. It took over a week to arrive. When it did arrive, I started assembling the drawing board for my daughter. In the midst of the installation of the parallel, I realized 2 screws were missing. With other projects this might not be a big deal, but these missing screws were integral to the parallel. Since it took over a week to arrive, I had no time to call about the missing screws. Solid product otherwise though.
